Questions that go somewhere else

Some questions only the exam owner, the test center, or your board can answer:

  • NCEES handles ID rules, admission, exam registration, scoring, foreign education evaluations, and the military exception: ncees.org, chat on the site, or 800-250-3196, Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern.
  • Pearson handles test center questions, rescheduling, weather closures, and accommodations: pearsonvue.com/ncees or 888-866-8766, Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central.
  • Your licensing board handles engineer intern (E.I.) certification and licensure qualifications, which vary by jurisdiction. Our state licensing basics page links to the boards in Texas, California, Florida, and New York.

Membership and billing

Membership runs through Skool. To cancel, use your Skool settings; access runs to the end of the period you paid for. There are no refunds, and the 7-day free trial is the way to try the lab first.
